The subject operated under a Tier-2 cultivation license allowing 3,600 plants. The property consists of five buildings including two light industrial office warehouses and three FarmTek greenhouses, all utilized for cultivating indoor recreational marijuana. The newly built warehouse is for post-production, which involves a harvest room, three drying rooms, trim room, offices, storage and restroom.
