I am a Kenna Real Estate Premier Partner Agent. I am a Licensed REALTOR and Real Estate Broker with over two decades of residential real estate experience in the Denver Metro market. I have helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers with experience in every type of transaction and trained in every part of the industry from appraisal to mortgage to REALTOR, I am an expert in my field. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2000 and ranked in the Top 1.5% of agents Nationally and Top 250 Statewide. I have spent my time in the industry becoming an expert in all facets of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I have more than 10 years of experience working with divorcing couples and my credentials include being a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist and a Level I and II Collaborative Divorce Professional. I have obtained licenses and mastered skillsets as a REALTOR, Appraiser, and Lender over the last 22 years. In addition, I created my own Real Estate brokerage and appraisal firm to provide 360-degree Real Estate services from the initial acquisition of a client’s first Real Estate asset to the disposition of their Real Estate portfolio.

My experience and specialties with Residential Real Estate include city, horse/equestrian, rural, and luxury properties in all cities from Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Douglas, Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Elbert, Weld El Paso, and Larimer counties; assemblage to multi-unit development, investment fix and flip, investment fix and hold, traditional resale, new construction, ground-up development, land, short-term rentals (nationally) and luxury Real Estate. In addition to my Residential Real Estate experience, I have 22 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate sales with specialties in Special Use properties, inclusive of churches, yoga studios, restaurants, retail strip centers, land, and commercial assemblage and development.

Along with my Real Estate experience, I am a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser with regional recognition for the valuation services I have provided during my tenure in the business.
